Cooking Adventure #7: Breakfast Tacos

Sometimes all you need is a really good breakfast taco! They are so easy to make, clean up is not a big deal, and you can store them for easy to go breakfast meals for the next few days.

Ingredients:

  • Tortillas
  • Cheese
  • Eggs
  • Bacon

Directions:

  1. Colored photoCook bacon in a skillet pan, set aside and cover (you can cut up the bacon before or after you cook it, depending on preference)
  2. Clean pan thoroughly
  3. Scramble and cook your eggs, add cheese if desired
  4. Heat up your tortillas and put it all together!

Storage solutions:
I was able to store my bacon and egg in the same container, but I also saved one taco in aluminum foil and took it to work the next day. Perfect throw-away storage for an early morning breakfast.
